Kendra began dabbling around with yoga during college at Stony Brook University. She didn’t fall in love with yoga and her personal practice until stumbling upon Power Yoga Morgantown in September 2012. As a Division I soccer player she was initially drawn to the athleticism, physical intensity & discipline of the Power Vinyasa Flow. However, it didn’t take long until she opened up to the deeper rooted rewards of yoga; the connection of the music of the mind, the power of the body to discover peace from within. Kendra completed her Yoga Teacher Training with Power Yoga Morgantown in October 2015. She finds enjoyment in sharing her love for yoga through teaching and is eager to encourage those around to come to their mats and let yoga work its magic.
